As you can see, I’m trying a lot of new things right at the beginning of the year. I already made a personal reading challenge for 2019 and I thought that’s it. That’s NOT it…
I saw this challenge around so much this days and I wanted to join, but then I thought that I’ll probably not complete it. But it’s not about completing it, it’s about trying and having fun.
So, basically, YARC stands for Year of the Asian Reading Challenge and the purpose is to read as many books by Asian authors as you can. This challenge is co-hosted by Lily @ sprinkles of dreams, CW @ the quiet pond, Shealea @ Shut Up, Shealea and Vicky @ Vicky Who Reads (click to their names to get to their posts for most information.
There are different levels you can aim for. I’m going for Philippine tarsier that you get if you read between 1 and 10 books. I won’t pressure myself too much and just have fun discovering new great authors.
I’ll make a special post where I’ll update you on what I’ve been reading for YARC.
